🚗 Balloon Delivery Driver

(1099 Independent Contractor)

Earn $13–$17 Per Delivery | Flexible Schedule | Daily Pay

Balloon Bundles is hiring reliable delivery drivers to safely transport and deliver freestanding balloon products.

This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in professionalism, safety, and customer service.

Compensation

  • $13 base pay per delivery

  • Up to $4 per delivery in performance bonuses

  • Daily contractor payments

  • Flexible schedule

Performance Bonus Opportunities

Drivers may earn additional $1 bonuses per delivery for:

  • On-time delivery

  • Proper delivery confirmation photo

  • Customer Google review mentioning delivery

  • Accepting and completing all assigned deliveries during scheduled shift

Requirements

  • Reliable personal vehicle (SUV preferred)

  • Valid driver’s license

  • Commercial auto insurance required (Certificate of Insurance required)

  • Clean driving record

  • Smartphone with camera and GPS

  • Black polo and Balloon Bundles badge required during deliveries

  • Professional appearance and conduct

Required Screening & Contractor Requirements

Before beginning work, contractors must:

  • Pass Level 2 background screening

  • Pass National Sex Offender Registry screening

  • Pass Motor Vehicle Record screening

  • Provide valid Certificate of Insurance (COI)

  • Sign Independent Contractor Agreement

  • Sign Confidentiality and Non-Compete Agreement

Balloon Bundles will reimburse screening costs after completion of contractor service requirements.



💼 Sales Representative 

(1099 Independent Contractor)

Retail & Bulk Sales


Commission-Based | Unlimited Earning Potential

Balloon Bundles is hiring motivated sales representatives to generate individual and bulk balloon sales throughout Jacksonville.

Compensation

  • 15% commission on individual sales

  • 20% commission on bulk sales

  • Performance bonuses available

  • Unlimited income potential

Responsibilities

  • Develop relationships with potential customers

  • Generate retail and bulk sales

  • Represent Balloon Bundles professionally

  • Maintain client confidentiality
