Delivery Information & Policies

At Balloon Bundles, we're committed to providing reliable, professional delivery service throughout Duval County, Florida. Please review our delivery policies below to ensure a smooth delivery experience.

Delivery Area: FREE delivery throughout Duval County, Florida
Delivery Window: 1-3 business days from order date
Scheduling: Select your preferred delivery date and time slot at checkout
Tracking: Real-time delivery tracking available through our delivery partner


📍 Delivery Locations

Residential Deliveries

Our delivery partners will deliver to your recipient's front door or designated safe location. If no one is home, we'll leave the balloon at the requested delivery address and send photo confirmation.

Hospital Deliveries

We deliver to hospital gift shops, patient rooms, and maternity wards. Please provide the patient's full name, room number, and any visitor restrictions. Hospital delivery times may be subject to facility visiting hours and policies.

School & Business Deliveries

Deliveries to schools and businesses are made during regular business hours. Please provide the recipient's name and department/classroom information for smooth delivery.

Gated Communities & Secured Buildings

Please provide gate codes, building access instructions, or concierge contact information in the delivery notes at checkout. If our delivery partner cannot gain access after reasonable attempts, the delivery may be rescheduled or held for customer pickup.


🐕 Dangerous Animals Policy

For the safety of our delivery partners, we reserve the right to refuse or reschedule delivery if dangerous or aggressive animals are present at the delivery location.

If our delivery partner encounters an unleashed, aggressive, or threatening animal during a delivery attempt, they may:

  • Refuse to complete the delivery and return the item to our facility
  • Request that the customer secure all animals before reattempting delivery
  • Arrange for the customer to pick up the order at a designated location

Customer Responsibility: Please ensure that all of your recipient's pets are secured indoors or on a leash during your scheduled delivery window. If your recipient has dogs or other animals on the property, please include this information in your delivery notes so our driver can take appropriate precautions.

No refunds will be issued for deliveries that cannot be completed due to dangerous animals at the delivery address. Redelivery fees may apply.


📦 Delivery Confirmation & Theft Policy

Proof of Delivery

All deliveries are confirmed with photo documentation and GPS tracking. Once our delivery partner has successfully delivered your balloon to the specified address and provided photographic proof of delivery, Balloon Bundles is not responsible for theft, damage, or loss that occurs after delivery confirmation.

Theft After Delivery

Once delivery is confirmed (via photo, signature, or GPS verification), responsibility for the product transfers to the customer. Balloon Bundles is not liable for:

  • Theft or removal of the balloon after confirmed delivery
  • Damage caused by weather, animals, or third parties after delivery
  • Loss due to porch piracy or unauthorized removal

Protecting Your Delivery

To minimize the risk of theft or damage after delivery, we recommend:

  • Upgrade to Weather Protection Bag & Bow (+$10): Adds an extra layer of protection and makes your delivery gift-ready
  • Provide delivery instructions: Specify a safe, concealed location (e.g., "leave behind planter on porch")
  • Arrange to be home: Schedule delivery when someone will be available to receive it
  • Use an alternative address: Have it delivered to your recipient's  workplace or a trusted neighbor if they won't be home.

Filing a Claim

If you believe your balloon was stolen after delivery, please:

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of the confirmed delivery time
  2. Provide any security camera footage or evidence of theft
  3. File a police report if the item value exceeds $100

While we cannot offer refunds or replacements for theft after confirmed delivery, we will work with you to file reports with our delivery partner and local authorities as needed.


☁️ Inclement Weather Policy

Safety First: Deliveries may be delayed or rescheduled during severe weather conditions including heavy rain, thunderstorms, flooding, or tropical storms.

Product Protection: Our standing balloons are designed for indoor use only. If delivered during light rain, please bring your balloon indoors immediately to prevent water damage. We recommend upgrading to our Weather Protection Bag (+$5) for added protection during transport.

Weather-Related Delays: If weather conditions prevent safe delivery on your scheduled date, we will contact you to reschedule at no additional charge.
